Privacy notice

Last updated 20 October 2026

This website is run by Phaneron LLC. It carries no advertising and no analytics, it does not track you, and it sets no cookies of its own.

What we receive

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, your email address, your organization if you give one, the topic you choose and your message. It is delivered to our inbox at support@phaneron.co so that we can reply to you. The website does not keep its own copy.

Who handles it

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which delivers your message to our email, and our email is hosted by Google. Both process it on our behalf. Like any web host, Cloudflare also handles technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver and protect the site.

To keep automated messages out, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending it. It runs only once you reach the form, and Cloudflare handles what it reads from your browser under its Turnstile privacy addendum.

How we use it

We use what you send only to read and reply to your message. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the services above.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation it belongs to, and we delete it when you ask.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete anything you have sent us by writing to support@phaneron.co.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update this page and the date above.
